when a user forget your username & password for log in and when the user requset password yourself than system , serever dont send password !!

my cpanel is for DirectAdmin

First check your forum settings to see if it's properly selecting how it sends mail.

Then, presuming it's using exim (or the sendmail link), check your /var/log/exim/mainlog to see what happens to the email.
