Help on a few things please...

Hi i just got a new server on a offshore host.. and it has direct admin included but i am having a few difficulties with it...

me and a few friends are on this server.. my Level is Reseller, the problem i seem to be having is when installing my IPB forum on my server i am experiencing this error..

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130 bytes) in /home/*******/domains/teamwolfpack.net/public_html/forums/ips_kernel/class_xml.php on line 658

this happens on board installation.

i have talked to IPS as well they said its a problem with the server itself.. and either email my host or come here and chat up with all of you.

this is my test forum i use for modding.. and am using to make sure everything is functionable before i bring my main site to the server...

can someone please tell me what we are looking for.. one dude has Admin level that i help pay for the server...

or maybe you can tell me what my host is looking for.. and maybe tell me how to fix this.

second i also have phpMYAdmin installed but the problem that i seem to be having it will only work on one domain name and no multi like cpanel and will ask for a username and pass everytime..

how can i fix this problem so when i click on phpMyAdmin it will go straight to the phpMyAdmin without a required user name and password..

Well this is all i need help with.. much appriciated if you can help me.

Increasing the amount of memory php and it's scripts are allowed to use should fix the problem. Check the php.ini file.

As for phpMyAdmin, it will always ask for a password, there's currently no features in DirectAdmin to automatically log you in that I know of.

Jon may not have been completely clear on this, but the php memory problem must be fixed by someone with root access.
