PHP is not parsing. Might be some setting in the .htaccess file.
You can best check your domain logs for errors, which probably will point to the cause of this.

The htacces is fine but the ldf service is down can´t be restarted

Check the logs, what error is it giving you?

The only problem i can read is on journalctl

Check your /var/log/lfd.log if present. And your /var/log/syslog or /var/log/messages depending on your distro.

By the way... your firewall not working has normally nothing to do with php parsing or not. So I guess something more is wrong.

reboot your server, or check "memory", "swap" it should be free enought to have all service start.
