hellow .
i own alittel hosting company.
my server is getting avary high load becouse resume is supported by the apache.
resume = "whan u downloading file u make sevral connections to the server"

i sarched everywere in gogle haw to cancel resume support but with no succses ,
if u can answer me or give me direction where to look

Disabling resume support is most likely not going to fix the problem as you described it since users would still be able to make multiple connections when downloading regardless.

A better idea would be to install a module that would deny more than one continuous connection on downloads over a certain filesize.

There are more than one module that is capable of this. There is mod_bandwidth and another one mentioned on these forums but I don't remember the password.
