Can someone tell me something that i dont understand,,

i bought a Domain name and got DirectAdmin with it,

Now i have been some time away for Fam probs,

Now that i am back. it seems i cant connect to my DirectAdmin, in any poseble way. is this because i got a demo, cause when i got it it did not tell me i had a demo .. Please tell me why. ? or can it be because my Windows Crashed, and took a new ip when i installed windows again ?

Please understand that we have (users on this forum) have no idea what you're asking us.

Start with: what do you mean when you write that you bought a domain name. Did you buy a pre-registered domain name from someone else, or did you register a new domain name?

If the latter, then from what company?

What do you mean that you got DirectAdmin with it? How were you notified that you got DirectAdmin? Did you get any login information for using DirectAdmin?

Generally posters writing similarly to what you wrote mean that they bought webhosting, which is controlled by DirectAdmin running on a server managed by the company from where they bought the domain name.

If that's the case, then only your hosting company can help you.

In general DirectAdmin doesn't offer demo logins to domain owners.

If you'd like us to help you understand what you have and how you can use it, then you can start by giving us a lot more details. For example, from whom did you buy your domain name and what is your domain name?

Remember that this is the weekend, and that many of us have lives, so you may not get responses as quickly as you would during the week.

ok to begin . i Registerd a new domain at B-smarthosting.nl, Vieuw month ago, How did i know if they give users DirectAdmin, it was in the mail i got, and also it tells on the website, like this

So yeah im sure they gave it to me,

then i sended a mail to them and they say they dont host my Domain im sure they do cause i can just login to my website to change things with other Ftp programs, so i sended new mail and they told me i have to ask DirectAdmin, That what to do, cause i reinstalled WindowXP and got an new IP adress , so hope im clear now in speaking, my english is not that good, srry, any questions feel free to ask,
 
You've waited until another weekend ;).

I found what you quoted here, but you didn't say if you bought a webhosting package from them or just a domain registration. I'd guess, from your post immediately previous to this one, that you just bought a domain registration. You need to buy hosting from them to get the DirectAdmin control panel, and even then, you really won't get much from us in the way of support; we're a support site for companies offering DirectAdmin. You should be getting your support from wherever you buy your hosting package.

Since you didn't give us your domain name we can't look it up and there's no way to tell if I'm write or wrong; I'd call it an educated guess. You need to buy webhosting to get it. Except for a few companies, webhosting and domain registration are two different things.
