HELP!!! Port 80 down, DDOS?

Here is the issue, I have been having trouble with DDOS attacks, I pulled my site down for a week, put it on a dedicated box, just brought it back up.

I now check my port Status and see port 80 DOWN.

I restart Apache, and reboot the server, no help.

Now I log into DirectAdmin----Service Monitor: Service HTTPD here is what I see,

I have no idea what all this means. Is having all of the above number under httpd normal?

Does this most likely mean I am getting DDOS attacked again?

Any help or feedback would be GREATLY appricated.
