tradition-france.com resolves to 85.17.138.157 not 122.103.120.227.

tradition-france.com is also redirecting to itself for some reason. Firefox gives me a redirect loop error.

yes i give you my pc IP adresse sorry now i check, the one you give is exact.
Now for the redirection yes before i post for this forum i try to make redirection for a sub-domaine i have (beau-ciel.tradition-france.com)but i fix it already now .is back to tradition-france.com.
when i try to open my home page now i have this message.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
thank you for you help and the time you take for me jean

Do you have an index file in your public_html folder? eg. index.html, index.php, etc.

And remember case matters. Index.html is not the same as index.html and Index.php is not the same as index.php. It has to be lowercase.

And now you see why it is important to always give the domain and ip address.

upload help

yes i think i have this file inside the folder public html.
look lake that

index.html 7.14k 755
thank you

Either you don't have it in the right public_html folder or the permissions are wrong for the file/folder. Are you the administrator for the server? If not then you probably need to get your hosting company involved.
