Hi,
I will start from the begining.
So, first i decide change the host plan, but when i change then appear in website 404 error and can't join to direct admin, and then my other friend decided save to his own computer files which are in filezilla and delete all files from filezilla, and now i can't go to my website, and upload back files in the filezilla, but the direct admin is working again and when i trying to create new domain its say:
"You've hit your maximum disk quota and do not have enough space to create another domain"
But i have over 1 GB free space so what advice would you give in order to solve this problems? Because i dont know what to do..

From reading your post I get the impression that you're a client of a webhosting company which uses DirectAdmin as it's control panel.

To verify why your DirectAdmin control panel isn't letting you do something you'll need to get help from your webhoting provider.

I'm not sure what you mean by deleting files from filezilla, because filezilla doesn't store files; it's a program which enables you to send files to your webhosting account using FTP.

Do you still have the files on your webhosting account? If so, and they won't run, then you may need help from your webhosting provider.

If the files have been deleted from your webhosting account, or if they're not uploaded to the proper location, then you'll need to upload them from your local computer (again).

If the files arent in your webhosting account and you don't have copies of them on your local system or elsewhere then you'll need to recreate them.
