so welcome emails dont get sent and i need ftp info to login what do i do

Please do not use titles with only "Help" in them. Most users here need help. Try to give a short description of your problem in the topic title.
For example "some mails don't get send".

If you need FTP login, then you are not a host or a reseller but a customer. This forum is for customers of Directadmin, not customers of hosting company's using Directadmin.

You best contact your host for the correct settings.

I own my license and I am trying to use my website on direct admin on my Web server but I can't if the welcome email did not send

Sorry, but why are you asking for FTP login then? You can create ftp logins yourself as owner.

If you have issues with the welcome email being send, then first try to change your admin email to an existing one, if you haven't done that yet.
If you already have done that, check your exim logfiles to investigate what is happening to the mail.

If you have a personal license, you can only create more domains. For these domains you will not get an additional welcome email. You have to use your admin credentials and ftp credentials for your main admin domain.
Or enter the user level of the new domain and create new ftp credentials there.
