helpdesk not responding to our tickets!

Hi

We have emailed sales@ and support@ desperately trying to get a VPS license sorted asap - so far we have had no response and no confirmation that our email has been received.

Is there someone here that I can PM to get this sorted, as its now critical?

great thanks - I was not aware of that url. I find directadmin licensing so slow when generally you need things done quickly, I wish it was more automatic along the lines of cpanel. The timezone difference does not help either.

we have quite a few licenses, the problem is that the IP is in use somewhere else and we need DA to release and update it.

We know the UID etc of the license holder, but even that license does not work with the ip for some reason - we just need DA to activate the IP on ANY license!
 
So email directadmin support and ask them to do that or use the safe submit form.

Use a gmail or hotmail account if you are not getting a response back, because your email is probably getting lost on your end.

sheesh - already done that and had someone else from a different company email them hence posting here :-)

Anyway its now resolved - the url above is a great idea and not something I was aware of.
