i want to know if i can do aggrement with you(software developement). im runing web hosting service, i want to know my friend lending cpanel to others he made aggrement with cpanel developement that he will lend his customers for every month the cpanel licence for 40$ (cpanel licence go by ip). can i do that with directadmin?

I'm not sure I understand fully, but I have a few questions for you:

Do you mean you want to become a DirectAdmin reseller, so people will pay you for DirectAdmin, and you will pay the DA company?

Or something else?
