show example what you mean, please, because I don't understand you question.
 
you can connect to SSH via IP, or any domain/subdomain that pointed to this server by A-record (NSs)
 
So you want to change exp.az to aaa.az via commandline. That is not possible.
Well... that's hard and shortly said. It might be possible via a sed command but various different things have to be changed so I won't give such command to try.
Think about the user.conf file, the domain file, the named databases.

Best is to login via the GUI, create a new aa.az domain and move everything from the exp.az to the aa.az domain.
If you can't login via the GUI, why not?
