Iv got direct admin just installed but i can see any ftp account ,mysql ,ect just severmanagement, admin tool

This is normal. You can click on the domain administrator, and create a domain.

Remember that you cannot have a domain name that is the same as your hostname.

You also wrote:

This is not normal, but we certainly don't have enough information to figure it out .

What do you get when you log in as root and run:

ps waux | grep httpd

When you look at services (as admin) does it show that httpd is running? If not, can you start it there?

With the httpd it says Process is stopped iv tried too start it but it want? i get this Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 81 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib/apache/libphp4.so into server: /usr/lib/apache/libphp4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory [FAILED]

You'll have to find out why you're getting that error.

Search the system for the file and see if it's somewhere else.
