Hello,

I purchased a domain name and have a website on a different web hosting.
I would like the viewers to just see the new domain name and not see any addresses from the primary hosting site. Now you can clearly see the original address in the status bar when pressing the page buttons on the homepage. Could you please help.

thanks

How about you give us the domain name so we see exactly what it is you're asking? Note too that this may have nothing to do with DNS, in which case it may be moved to another subforum.

And note that this forum is for users of the DirectAdmin hosting control panel; if you're not hosting on a DirectAdmin server we may not have a usable answer for you.

www.muzikosfiltras.lt would be the domain name
and its hosted on http://volija.lt/filtras
and yes both domain and hosting are managed by direct admin.

thanks

So just setup an alias on the receiving server virtual host and then use .htaccess redirect to the domain name.
