High load when backup

I suspect some domain in my server running bad script.

Whenever i backuped my data in cron, my server will load over 8 although i set sleep time.

No logs showing sth wrong.

How to check what domain is the problem?

Well during a backup DA use to copy all the data and backup all the database so, should be normal that load go high expecially if you backup during the day time when people use to see website, you shoul try to backup in the night (like 2am) for see if load change.
