I noticed that my DA box was running a bit sluggish. I checked 'top' and noticed that the 5 or 6 mysqld instances are using ~70% of my processor on a constant basis.

Is there a good way to identify specifically which websites are causing mysqld to do this?

Are there any tuning options for mysql that will give me some of my box back?

I'll take a look at those tuning options.

Is there a way to narrow down specifically what website is hitting mysqld so hard?

This is really bringing the server to its knees....

What you can do is log in at phpMyAdmin with the username da_admin and the password, which can be found at /usr/local/directadmin/conf/mysql.conf. There you can find a list with the active processes and their usernames.
