ho to delete a user

i cannot recreate a user because the sistem tell me that the suer exist.
i have deleted the user from /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/
restarted da
and still dont work.

any idea how to delete the user from the sistem?

so for the people who will have this problem you need to do this

delete from /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/ the user name
delete from /home the user name
delete from /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf the user record
delete from /etc/passwd the user record
delete from /etc/group the user record

yes, but when the user name is not listen in the admin panel and when you wanna to recreate the user you receve the message that the user already exist in the system, what are you doing?;) peace
