Whenever my ISP changes my IP address, I have to go into some place off the dashboard to let MySQL server know that I'm not a hobgoblin. I think there used to be a "MySQL" button on the dashboard that would allow me to update the list of allowed IP address. For the life of me, I cannot find the place to do this anymore. "Databases" doesn't do it. "MyPHP" doesn't either. How/where do I take this action?

It's not only MySql but also the firewall, unless you have port 3306 open for everyone (very dangerous).

In Directadmin, on user level, you should be able to click the "change password" for the dbuser and then you are able to change the access host.
