Is their a way for DA to update all user packages when you update the main package?

example: users 1,2 and 3 have package A

package A has 100MB disk space.

I update package A to 200MB disk space in the reseller cp.

users 1,2 and 3 now have 200MB disk space.

Yes. If all the users on that package are listed as being apart of that package, (When you click "List Users", then click on their account name, look down at "Package".) If you change that package in any way, any user with that package is affected. Example:

I have two packages, Small and Large. I have 4 users: User1, User2, User3 and User4.

Users 1, 2 and 3 all have the large package. User 4 has the small package.

If I change the Large package to have an extra 500 megs of storage and 500 megs of bandwidth, user1, user2 and user3 would all be upgraded with this change. User 4 would not.

This is not the case with my system. I have tested this and changes to packages do not result in changes to users with the packagae. I had to manually edit the user's limits.

Do you know how long it takes for resources to be allocated when changing a package?

Immediately. I tested this on both my boxes. You have to make sure those users are assigned to that package. In other words, it can't say "custom" for their package name.

Anytime you edit the user's data directly (change ssh, ftp, add bandwidth, etc) without doing it to the package, it will change the user to Custom (because they are no longer apart of the package, they have been modified).

Also, I don't think changing package details change any user accounts because once an account has been created it is no longer tied to that package.
There were discussions about this awhile ago as to whether it should or shouldn't work this way.
This may have changed in the last few releases though, I haven't changed package details in awhile.

I tested this theory jm. I created a test package, then a test user. Then I changed the test package. It updated the test user with the changed package information.
