hostname and subdomains

Hello,

I have a VPS in time4vps, I'd like to ask some questions.

1. My domain name is naxon.co.il . While installing DirectAdmin I was told that I shouldn't use it as my hostname, but use server.naxon.co.il instead. A few problems with that. The DNS records for the domain refer to ns1.time4vps.eu and ns2.time4vps.eu , and the domain works.
First of all, the subdomain server.naxon.co.il isn't working ("Server not found"). Second of all, I created a user and gave it the domain "bla.naxon.co.il" - same thing happens when I enter his domain, even when I changed his domain to bla.server.naxon.co.il .

2. Can I change the server hostname after installing directadmin?

In addition, I want to do the next thing:

When I set the nameservers of any domain to ns1.naxon.co.il and ns2.naxon.co.il , it'll link them to my server so users can use their domain under my server.
