Hostname does not show "apache is working correctly" but Forbidden.

On some VPS I got this message when trying to visit the server's hostname.

Error in the error log is:

Cannot serve directory /home/admin/domains/sharedip/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.htm,index.shtml,index.php,index.phtml) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

There is an index.html file so I presume somewhere some options directive is present forbidding me to look at this.
But I can't seem to find it.

Where can I fix this?
