How can I access the directory via FTP-client of my users?

Hi all,


I'm admin/owner of a server that runs Centos (latest version) with DirectAdmin (latest version).
A customer (user) asked me to upload some files to his ./public_html, but I don't have his password.

How can I access his public_html directory with a FTP-client (FileZilla) without having his password?

Set up a new ftp account for the user, and set up your own password.
