how can I change/update server IP

sir,

I bought a DA license via a surrogate.

Now, I can't contact the surrogate,

but I must change the server IP June month-end

how shall I do?

please help me.

I suggest you contact them by Email (preferred contact) specifying the license IP, name, ID and Client ID.
 
I'm not sure what you mean by a surrogate.

Did you buy it from a reseller? A data center where you were hosting your server? A seller who wanted to sell his own copy?

DirectAdmin doesn't have authorized resellers. They do allow individuals to sell licenses they no longer need.

First check as follows:

From your main DirectAdmin admin login, click on Licensing / Updates.

Then look at license type. If it says Internal License then your license will only work in the datacenter for which it was issued. Internal licenses are not to be sold.

If you bought it from someone else you should write to DirectAdmin Sales giving them the License ID and the Client ID from that same admin screen, and telling them the circumstances under which you bought the license, so they can determine who sold you the license.
