How can I disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in apache?

How can I disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in apache? Because paypal require only TLS 1.2 and my extensions do not work correct

/etc/httpd/conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf

Replace:
SSLProtocol All -SSLv2 -SSLv3

SSLProtocol TLSv1.2
