How can I enable leverage browser caching in my server.

Hello,
I am using directadmin on centos 7. I want to enable leverage browser caching on my server. So that, by default, it is enabled in all the existing accounts and in all the new accounts that will be created. How can I do that? Please help me.

Note: I am using only Apache on my server.
