How can I forward a copy of E-Mails that someone SENDS?

I have an interesting request from a customer that I've never gotten before. How can I send a copy of every E-Mail someone sends, to another account? A business owner is breaking in a new General Manager and wants to monitor the conversations that take place between him and customers.

It should be a matter of a few lines of script. In this case, instead of using 'contains' in the if statement, you could probably use == to match an exact address.

It did exactly as I asked. I tried doctoring the subject with a prefix on the copy, but that didn't work. It doctored it on the original and then doubled the edit on the copy. LOL! I'm giving the customer what he asked for without doctoring, so I'll call it good.

Any user can achieve the same with roundcube+sieve rules

Just enable pigeonhole/sieve in options of custombuild and re-build dovecot and roundcube. You will get filters in roundcube after it.

I don't use RoundCube but that is good to know.
