How Can I Purge Installatron

Somehow, Installatron keeps installing itself from a user account and then it shows up installed in both my user account and my administrator account. It installs itself from an action in the menu of the user account (like clicking on Roundcube). This is after I uninstalled and deleted it from the 'Plugin Manager' of the administrator account.

I wouldn't mind so much except that Installatron keeps flooding my email box with notifications each time one of the thousands of its apps were updated (which I don't even use). Disabling notifications within it does nothing.

Is there a way to purge Installatron from my Directadmin install?

I don't know any other method. Probably other users do.
