How can I use ftp software to loggin my account???

OS : WindowsXP sp2
FTP software : CuteFTP
ftp setting -> ftp://myaccount.webs.unitedemailsystems.com/
Log : socket error=#10060 or 10061

last two weeks, i can still loggin.

anyone can tell me how to do, please and thanks.

If you're an account user, and get your hosting from a hosting company, then only your hosting company can help you.

If the server is yours, then you need to determine if your ftp server is even running.
