how in server centos 5.5 i change the ho mysql size limit?

I don't know what size you are talking about. There are several size limits you can change. All are done in /etc/my.cnf

Change the max_file_size in php.ini, and change the "Max Request/Upload Size (bytes)" in DA? Is that what you mean?
 
When you want to upload a database backup, the limit of size (in phpmyadmin for example) is often 8Mo.

To change it, you have to modify php.ini as Peter Laws has written.
