how do i activate DNS?

how do i activate DNS?
the site-helper says:"At the main control panel menu, click the "DNS Menu" icon to access the DNS settings."
But i don't have this DNS Menu icon! i want to get my site to work with mobileMe... therefor i need to define web.me.com as the "www" CNAME for my domain, as the instructions tell me.

can someone help me with this?

Is it your server? If so, then turn on DNS for the reseller level from the admin level of DirectAdmin. Then login to the Reseller level and turn it on for your domain.

If you're not a server administrator or a a reseller who has been given permission to control DNS, but simply a site owner (DirectAdmin calls a site owner a user then you'll have to contact your hosting company.
