How do I assign a dedicated IP?

Here is my setup:

Main Admin -
- domain1.com --> owned by Main Admin
- domain2.com --> owned by Main Admin

No resellers setup yet...

How do I assign a dedicated IP to domain2.com?? Anything that I do isn't working.
 
Go into IP management under Admin and assign the IP(s) needed to the 'admin' user.

Then modify the user of domain2.com and change the IP to the new IP now owned by admin.

The user of domain2.com is the Admin user (me). When I pull up the user information, it only shows an IP, but it doesn't let me change it.
 
Okay... I managed to change the assigned IP address. But... When I type the IP address into the address bar of my browser, I get the "Apache if functioning properly" page, not the index.php file that is in the site's directory.
