how do i backup if user not listed inside "Manage User Backups"

I found out that i have a user not listed in "Manage User Backups".

But when i click "Show All Users"

it is there.

May i know how do i backup this user?

The user has to be listed in the list of users for that reseller in /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/username/users.list
