How do I customize the default WordPress installation?

Is there any way to customize the default WordPress installations that are created through the WordPress Manager? For example, the default installation configures itself in English while we want to use different languages. Other than that, the permalink get's set to /index.php/ instead of a nice permalink with /pagename/.

Also, we'd like to know if it's possible to install some additional plug-ins like for example LScache (as we're using OpenLiteSpeed) or themes that we use a lot for our customers?

I hardly recommendate you softaculous for this https://www.softaculous.com/docs/enduser/wordpress-manager/ , its fair prised.
I also hardly doubt, that the wp manager from Pro Pack will ever get to this point, as the developer seems to have a lot to do with fixing problems with the new custombuild-DA integration.
