How do I disable a specific domain from sending spam in DA?

Hi,
We have a domain among many domains in a customers account that is sending spam through the contact.php script located in the website. Is there a specific way to disable the contact.php script from sending outgoing email or blacklisting only that domain from sending outgoing email in DA?

We had one that was warned to update and change such a contact form , or don't use it anymore.
After more times on blacklist i did delete that file, but hmm a lot of sh.t while you're not alowed to....

Now ofcourse we don't have that customer anymore, but also no more problems to get on blacklists and delisting. so we are happy

You have to disable email for such customers if they don't get the contact form fixed, most of the time if using forwarders for that emailadress then it is even..

Don't know if using the mailfunction from server itself with external (smtp) emailadres , it could still goes wrong while sender part is often wrong handle by such forms or their config / settings.??

I will go ahead with what @Active8 said and ask the customer to fix their setup or else will not remove their account from the blacklist.
