how do I install wordpress to subdomain?

Hi,

I took over one project and I am not familiar with this environment.

1 q.: I need to install wordpress on subdomain shop.example.com. How do I do that?

2 q.: I need to redirect another subdomain members.example.com to different webhosting, where the web for this subdomain is already created. How do I do it?

p.s.: I am new here so dont be too technical.
