Our used Disk Space is now in the Orange zone 750 out of 1000 max. What do I tell everyone to do, to alleviate their used disk space within their personal e-mail accounts?
I thought at first to tell them to go into their E-mail Broswer, into the Account Settings, into the Server Settings, and check the box the says "Remove from Server after _?_ days?", and put 5 days in the space.
I have some people here that use their cell phones to check e-mails while they're on the road. They like to also get their e-mail on their computers when they get back too. So that's why I tell them to leave the e-mails on the server for 5 days.
However, it doesn't appear to be deleting them after 5 days and then I have people who don't have that box checked at all and their e-mail account has 6.8 up to 12 megs.
Where do I have them check and fix this problem? Is there some setting I need to set from the DirectAdmin that would fix this problem?
