How do I save the passwords?

How do I save all the passwords of emails I have created here and how can I know if there is someone else has access to my direct admin and if they how many times have they access it.

you could check the "Login History" in User Level..

i dont think its possible.
The passwords are stored in /etc/virtual/domain.com/passwd, which are encrypted.
