How do I set the Sender's Name for e-mail automatically?

Hello,
I'm a beginner of web hosting services and sorry, my English is not good but I'm try to explain.
I have a problem about the Sender's Name for e-mail automatically on Direct Admin Control Panel.
I set a my Sender's Name for e-mail completely.
I created a user & web hosting package for my customer and submit it but the e-mail automatically was not show the my Sender's Name.
Example :
I set the Sender's Name for my e-mail is ABC Host
but the e-mail automatically show the Sender's Name is abc (same as my user name for login)

Please suggest me.
