How do I transfer users from one reseller to another in the same server?

Hello,

We have 2 reseller accounts in the same server, and I would like to transfer all users from one reseller to another. I have asked my hosting provider to do so, but they aren't really being that helpful, so I have to do it myself.

But I can't figure it out. Please help me out.

PS: I do not have SSH access at the moment.

Just ask your provider to use "admin" account for this, it has "Move Users between Resellers" feature there.
