How do I

What does that mean? Unless you are using the API or some 3rd party application you always setup users manually. You can create a user by being in the "Your Reseller" area and clicking on Show/Modify Users. Now click Create User and you should be done...

That solve your problem?

I have a box with 100+ users already on it.....

I installed DA

now I wan't to migrate my users over to DA

they are all in the passwd file

I don't wan't to delete them and re-add because I'll lose their passwords

I think I may have it......

I copied the encrypted pass out of /etc/shadow.... deleted the user from shadow and passwd and added them back via DA, then pasted the pass back in shadow... things are working ok for now.....

Hello,

The filesystem of one "User" is a bit complex.. it could in theory be done manaully, but by far, the easiest method is to just manually create a backup file, figure out it's format and make your own backup file to restore. This will save the encrypted passwords (.shadow) so you won't lose them. I believe that's how the cpanel to DA converter does it.
