DirectAdmin does not offer anything of that name. My best guess you are talking about caching. But before going into a discussion I'd rather be 100% sure we are talking about the same things.
If caching of a web application is not what you are asking about, then you'd better clarify your thoughts, or consult with developers of your web application.
