How likely will this config work with DA?

Hello all,

I need to update servers to more recent versions (for special written software I want to run).
This software is based on the most recent versions of apache, php and mysql.

Configuration needed and now installed
Fedora Core 4 (now installed Fedora Core 3)
Apache 2.2.0 (at this moment 2.0.55)
PHP 5.1.1 (at this moment 4.1.1)
MySQL 5.0.18 (at this moment 4.1.16)

How likely will this configuration work or break/influence DirectAdmin control panel behaviour?
Anyways I'm doing most trough shell instead of DA control panel.

In general, DA won't care. However you should read the threads on these forums about upgrading these services.
