how monitor and secure server from spaming?

hello
how can i monitor and secure my server from spaming?

becasue i lose one of my server on xlhost becasue my users send spam.

What does that image have to do with spamming?

And the dovecote processes are normal (I guess?), if the OP means that, I've loads spawned with just 4 domains on the server.

The image shows pop logins but no outgoing mail which would be exim. So the image attached to the question is irrelevant.

I think the question is hard to answer in one way. There are a bunch of things to do. Some do more than others. I don't know that anything is 100% effective.
