how restore Admin Backup/Transfer databases manaly

Hi,

I can not restore some accounts automatic.
So i want to restore them from the files from user.reseller.username.tar.gz

I see for every database 3 files:
user_database.conf
user_database.dump.log
user_database.sql

How to restore them with all settings and password?

duhh, dont work because the tar.gz files are corrupt.
But, my problem is solved, finaly i get into the DC (i had some signiture problems there with new acces protocols) and get my server back online..
(server won.t start becuase bios cmos error, problem solved in bios)

But...
I have still having these qoustion, how to restore manaly?
I think its stuppid to first watch all user config.php files for the correct username en password, so how does DA restore these databases?
