How to add additional ips DA

Hi on cpanel i can just add new ip by adding the local ip, i have a pfsense firewall that makes the forward or translate that internal ip like 192.168.1.140 to a public ip 108.114.0.45 for example. On DA how i can do that? when im on ip management should i add internal ip over there or the public one?

My main ip is a local one i saw DA put the public one and inside that on Linked IP Tab it shows the internal ip.

I tried adding new ip, when i go to ipconfig it shows, but if i restart the network, changes are lost. Whats is happening? im using almalinux
