how to add json support in host not server

I by new host but my host not support json format
i call the server admin but he say to me to we cant add json format support to our server and say come to this form an
ask my problem

"how to add json support in host not server"

i get this error when open page that have contain json file

"DataTables warning (table id = 'usrs_tbl'): DataTables warning: JSON data from server could not be parsed. This is caused by a JSON formatting error."

As far as you can read on latest post of Alex in the linked thread, JSON is part of PHP since PHP 5.2.0 so you would not neet to install at all actually...

Also the error isn't saying that JSON is missing, but most likely a programming error i suppose (i'm not a programmer at all actually) "This is caused by a JSON formatting error.""
