How to allow mysql access from external website

What's I try to do is put files on another server and use mysql server from my own server.

I found error like below

Could not connect: Host 'xxxxxx.xxx' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

How can I allow some websites to access mysql from my server.

Not sure if you're already aware of this but in DA you must specify access hosts who are able to remotely connect to a particular database. To do this log into DA, click on an existing database and add the IP of the remote host into the field marked 'access hosts'.
