How to bakup complete Directadmin on my VPS?

Hello,

How to bakup complete Directadmin ( include configuration and all data files) on my VPS?
Or I must do this in my VPS control panel, create VPS snapshot ?

Copy the files from VPS to VPS and all what else should be done is to install services with CB, which also can be put into VPS snapshots. So that's up to you.
