Hi all
I was trying to install the SSL certificate, I have to generate the CSR text. A guide asked me to change the access level from admin to user. How it is done? Thanks
Problem is, there is nothing in the right hand corner to modify

Then you are user, and not administrator, and you are already inside the user panel. Check "Account Manager" - "SSL Certificates" in the menu.

cPanel = not Directadmin

They are competitors.

Also Directadmin is not installed on a website, but on a server.

cPanel means Control Panel, I did not equate them, just told I know both do same functions.

Also Directadmin is not installed on a website, but on a server.
But the website runs on a server. It was only this time it had minimal options, else I was used to changing all PHP settings.

Anyway, nice of you all to enlighten me. Thanks

No cPanel with little c and big P is the brand of cPanel hosting panel.
Normal control panel is written either cp or CP. However, if you mean control panel it's better to write that in full so there is no confusion about what is ment.

That also doesn't not make clear if it is an admin section or user section.
Directadmin can also run with Cloudlinux. And then as a user, you can choose from various php versions and several php settings.

You can normally also do this also as user in Directadmin.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I learned something new. Thanks @Richard G for your inputs. I never heard about Cloudlinux as I am a mile away from Linux, familiar with only Windows stuff.
