How to Change proftpd port 21!!!!???Brother~~

OS is Centos5.5,and directadmin。。。

now I edit :
/etc/proftpd.conf

Port "21" to others,then :/etc/init.d/proftpd restart

and I also add the new port in the Iptables rules then restart Iptable.

Now I can`t connect the FTP with this new port!

The Ftp info is:

500 Illegal PORT command...... or

[右] 215 UNIX Type: L8
[右] FEAT
[右] 211-Features:
[右]  MDTM
[右]  MFMT
[右]  TVFS
[右]  MFF modify;UNIX.group;UNIX.mode;
[右]  MLST modify*;perm*;size*;type*;unique*;UNIX.group*;UNIX.mode*;UNIX.owner*;

SO,How to change the FTP port and let it works???

The connection have to be done on the new port, i dont know what are you trying to do, PORT is not a command for FTp as i read.

500 Illegal PORT command...... or

switch your FTP client to passive mode then, if active is used; and to active mode if the passive is used.
